Tue. Feb. 2, 2010, 7:00 PM: Officer´s Meeting

All members interested in helping us to deal with Chapter administration and preparation for Aviation Day 2010 are invited. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Tue. Feb. 9: Volunteer Briefung

PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND!
Experiences of past Aviation Days have shown that a volunteer briefing right before the gate opens is not practical. Everybody is still busy with last preparations and setup! So we are planning to hold our volunteer briefing at our members meeting on Feb. 10, following the business part and coffee break and instead of a program.
After an introduction to the site layout from Todd every team leader will give an overview covering their department and questions will be answered. Chapter T-Shirts ($15) will be available that night too.
All volunteers are kindly asked to attend!
